Sometimes Monday feels like a state rather than a specific day. I hereby proclaim today to be a Monday! And honestly, it feels like there have been a lot of Mondays recently.

I spent about a week in Springfield surrounding a comic convention. Always a good time, and it was productive. Energized for writing. Something that always comes in the aftermath of a convention. Although I also had a day of exhaustion and sleep to compensate for too many days of 3-4 hours of sleep!

Ian and McKenzie have been off on a week of hiking and friend time.

All of which coalesced into an entire week of silence here. Let’s get back to the program now.

Something new I have started is a Substack page. If you are on there, I’d love to have you check it out and subscribe. Still getting my feet and voice under me on that page, as I only have 2 posts. But you have to start somewhere! It will naturally be a lot more me centric on projects and things. I look forward to exploring it and hope you join me.

I have several things coming here and I’m sure McKenzie and Ian will as well. Once they return to society and descend from the mountains and the wilds. (I haven’t had a chance to watch the new Doctor Who although it has been spoiled for me. I’m sure Ian will be posting about it soon.)

Oh yeah, and this coming weekend I will be in KC for the Nebula awards dinner. I will be posting some content surrounding that event.
