As we embrace a brutally cold ending to the winter season (it gets closer every day!) we find ourselves with some news that we have been working on acquiring for some time.
Pictures…
Ok, maybe it needs a bit more context. Ian and McKenzie have been working directly with a pair of artists to get images designed for Cthulhuville. The logo was designed by PanDemir who you can find at http://www.twitch.tv/pan_demir and the mascots were done by Fae-CaptainofDreams who can be found at http://www.deviantart.com/fae-captainofdreams
To start with, we have an official logo now to replace the thumbnail I conjured up utilizing several pagan rituals and freeware design software Affinity. (Ok, the rituals may have been less involved.)

And each of our sections has a mascot of its own. Little Bunny Cthulhu was the first of them. An entity originally conceived by Cullen Bunn, horror writer extraordinaire. We worked out an arrangement passing the cute little fella to me, I did a redesign of the image. And here we are almost 20 years later with a new website spawned from that Little Bunny.

We have a newly redesigned version of Little Bunny Cthulhu for the horror portion of the site. Little Dragon Cthulhu for the fantasy side. Little Xeno Cthulhu for the sci-fi aspects. And Little Meeple Cthulhu for the boardgaming posts. I’ll let you suss out which is which.
Hopefully you like them as much as we do. Now I need to get my embroidery machine set up so I can make shirts and swag!!
I know print media has been something we have been a bit lighter on with posts. Ian is working on the Dragons of Eternity (Dragonlance novel.) McKenzie is working on Black Sun (as well as a bunch of podcasts and assorted other things.) While I have been reading on a Glen Cook book called Cruel Zinc Melodies (and have some game and movie posts to write up.)
