My Hero Academia season 7 wrapped up back in October and I only just now got around to watching through it. Boy is it GOOD. This season sees our heroes put into action their master plans to deal with All For One, his League of Villains, and the Paranormal Liberation Front. Each episode is masterfully written and animated and will take you on an emotional rollercoaster as we see a constant back and forth on which side has the upper hand.
As you can expect from the mastermind All For One, he has a plethora of tricks up his sleeve. While the villains can arguably stand to lose pretty much every fight and still win out and achieve their goal of destroying everything, winning each battle is critical to the potential success of the heroes, and even then most are skeptical their wins will amount to enough to make a difference.
The massive cliffhanger of this penultimate season leading into Season 8 makes me sad it’s not already here, and hardly able to contain my excitement awaiting its release. Unfortunately Season 8 is coming in Autumn, and many speculate it’ll air in October when the normal start for the fall Anime season is. October can’t come soon enough. I give it 10 stars, and am teetering on the edge of giving a gold star.
