It’s Monday again. I (Ian) will keep this roundup short. With the randomly rotating designation of who is writing these and when, we will likely be adding something to the top of these roundup posts soon to indicate who wrote it instead of leaving you to infer until you’re at the end of the page where it tells you who wrote it. I’ll go back and edit the past roundups to include this change when we make it as well, so if all our roundups indicate the author at the top I swear I’m not crazy, I’m just gaslighting you to make you think I’m crazy and talking about changing things that don’t need changing.

I have not quite finished Monika Kim’s The Eyes Are the Best Part but intend on getting it finished and reviewed by the end of the week since the book full releases June 25th. The new season of Doctor Who continues to be solidly written and performed, with episodes 4 & 5 being more serious than 2 & 3. I’ve almost finished Fargo season 5, and continue to play WoW Classic in Spanish. I feel like I’m making some progress in the language.

JimmyZ will be a guest at Tremendicon in Springfield from May 31st – June 2nd. He’s started watching the show Uncanny Counters on Netflix, and also got the board game Final Girl, and after he’s got a few plays in intends on putting up a review.

McKenzie has a few reviews in the works that should be coming soon so look forward to those. She has also been watching Bad Surgeon: Love Under the Knife, The Jinx: The Life and Deaths of Robert Durst, finished watching Fall of the House of Usher & True Detective season 4, and has started watching House of the Dragon.
