Monday has come around slightly quicker than we anticipated. If only there were some reliable way to track the passage of days and when they are expected to next arrive. I feel like the Romans really missed an opportunity here.

But enough of Julius Caesar and his antics, you are here to see what is happening in our worlds as we strive to continue bringing you content. And the Roundup is the place where we tell you what we expect to accomplish and then you can watch as we either exceed those expectations or swing and miss. This past week was a rough one as all of us had other things dragging us away from the keyboard of productivity.

In my defense, it took a bit longer for Spin a Black Yarn to arrive than I would have liked. And now I have to read it! I’m not now and never will be someone who drops a review without engaging fully with the material. And yes, I have known people who have done cover blurbs on books without reading them, or done reviews without doing the work needed. So we may be a bit slower at times, but that is only because we want to make sure we put in the effort. Always.

I continue my schizophrenic reading patterns with too many books in the works at one time. I actually have one I only need to read 80 pages in to finish. Part of me wants to grab that today and finish it. I also have three reviews I have been working on. Having to balance writing on those with writing a comic script I need to turn in this week. Watching random things when I can.

I realize I am being much more vague about what I have happening this week. Not by design, I’m just not exactly sure about anything this week (other than my cat is mad at me because while writing I am not lying in bed for him to sleep on me.) I do know absolutely that my review of the game Railroad Ink will be going up soon. Maybe even today.
